Rebecca Lazaruk
Rebecca Lazaruk is an Occupational Therapist and Canadian Certified Life Care Planner who has over twenty years of experience working in acute, rehabilitation and community settings. She has worked extensively with individuals who have suffered acquired and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic/trauma injuries, chronic pain and mental health challenges. In addition to this, she has received Catastrophic Impairment Determination – Functional Observer (C-CAT (FO)) and Medical Legal Evaluator (CMLE) certification through CSME-CAPDA. In her current practice, Rebecca regularly completes medical-legal evaluations for the preparation of life care plan and catastrophic determination reports, and she also continues to provide in-home occupational therapy services to clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries.
