Michelle Stinson

Michelle Stinson is a registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

She completed her post-secondary education at the University of Toronto which includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters of Education degree.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and has worked in the hospital, community, and auto sectors. She also has extensive experience in seating and mobility prescription, home and vehicle modifications, in-home assessments and implementing and monitoring quality management programs.

She has served as an appointed Professional Member for the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) Discipline Committee from November 2013 to March 2022. She was elected and served as a Board Member for COTO from 2019 to 2022.

Michelle is currently practicing part-time as an Occupational Therapist with Tri-Star Health Management Group, providing services within the Greater Toronto Area. Her current practice includes occupational therapy in-home assessment and occupational therapy treatment. She is also an ADP Authorizer for seating and mobility aids. She is currently completing studies to become a certified Life Care Planner.
